Will a 1957 Evinrude Lark 35hp Model #255532 lower unit fit a 1956 Johnson Sea Horse 30hp model #RDE-18?

It will if you swap the whole thing, including dive shaft. However, they are different inside, so you can’t swap internal parts. The 35hp was built stronger to handle the increased power.
