Pictures of S45 carb please

I have been told that the carb I have is not original to this model.Could someone please post pictures of the factory installed carb?I have searched and found lots of pictures,but none that clearly show the carb.

I can take a pic or 2 of mine tomorrow and post them up to tomorrow night for you. I’d get them for you tonight but the engines at my shop across town.

I think they used two completely different carbs during their production.

I believe that the Vacturi Carb was an option, with the Johnson Barrel Type being standard equipment and more commonly used.

Here are the pics I promised from my S45,it has the vacturi model carb setup. Pics aren’t the best as I forgot the camera and had to use my flip phone,hope they help. Havent gone thru this engine as of yet,it was one of my summer finds this year. Compression feels a little weak,rebuild coming.

I think there’s a carb under there somewhere…..

not much clearer here, but cool starter…..
