Slap an impact wrench on it.
Frank is right. For screws that are stuck like yours, that’s the key. I have a craftsman hand impact driver that is worth its weight in gold.

That nut has a star lockwasher under it and is torqued to 65 ft/lbs. Takes some oomph to get it loose.
I was using a half in impact but it wasn’t strong enough apparently lol used a co workers and it zipped right off. but I feel it just was never taken off before in its life. it was on there. definitely more than 65 ft/lbs
