Anyone else having this problem? I try to send messages but they aren’t going through. They seem to be stuck in PM purgatory.
October 6, 2017 at 12:01 am #65787It was my understanding that they stay in your "outbox"
until the person you sent them to actually reads the message.Prepare to be boarded!

A couple been in there for months!
October 6, 2017 at 12:20 pm #65805I have trouble deciding if my emails have actually been sent as well….Sometimes it seems like they get duplicated a few times when they get sent as well. The private message indicator does seem to indicate when something is in my inbox though, the problem seems to be confusion concerning whether or not replies and emails actually get sent out.

Let me know if I have not answered your emails in a relatively timely manner….Like I say, I don’t have a problem receiving emails, unless my box is full (I understand that problem and how to deal with it now). My problem is sending emails/replying, the website gets confusing when it comes to whether or not stuff has been actually sent out. The replies/emails are often duplicated a few times as well, perhaps this is a result of my confusion….

Yes you can set up your PM’s to send you notification. What everyone needs to know is each individual account has a UCP which stands for user control panel. To access this in the top right corner when you are logged in your user name appears. Left click and then click UCP you are in your account UCP now. Steps to configure your pm below
1. Access your UCP
2. click on Board Preferences
3. click edit notification options
4. someone sends you a private message=Email check the box
5. Click SubmitI set up a video tutorial for this also.
Thanks
