      Hey, I just bought a PO15 (22hp) it seems to be locked up. I have some questions and could use some help. My cell number is 863.670.0303. Thanks in advance..

          1st thing to do is figure out what is locking it up. Most likely are either piston rings or lower gearcase rusted up if water got in. That motor takes thick grease in the lower gearcase – not gear-oil.
