What is a good source for the OMC pressure tank diaphragms? Is anyone reproducing these?

      Thanks,
      Joe B

I don’t believe they are being reproduced at all.

You can still get them from the dealer, or from any of our resident parts guys in the club. I had a huge supply at one time, but after selling them for 5 bucks for a few years, they went quickly and now im left with only a handful. Im sure guys like Ed Elliot, Dan Gano, could sell you one.

If your OMC/BRP dealer can’t bring them in, nymarine or Vintage Outboard also carry them. Seaway probably does to. To help save a few bucks, I buy the cheaper one and punch a hole in it for the primer button if needed.

I get mine from marineengine.com about $5.95 each with $7.95 shipping in the US. The one with the hole for the older style is about $16, so I also punch a hole in the $5.95 ones and save quite a bit. I don’t think an empty hole is worth $10.00. Other than missing the little hole the diaphrams are identical. They have basically everything to rebuild the tanks there.

Newer style without hole, (for the black button tanks) 305715
