The riveted diaphragm was replaced by an update kit which includes an un-holed diaphragm, a different lower support washer, and a different push button. Somebody probably will come up with the kit part number.

Individual part numbers for the parts in the kit are

          305713 push button
          305715 diaphragm
          305704 lower support washer

These were the parts used in 1959 tanks.

The pressure tanks had three different setups for the primer assembly. The aluminum button setup had two disks that were not attached to each other. The cylindrical shape button with two riveted disks on the diaphragm. And the mushroom shaped button with a single disk for the return spring.

The riveted diaphragms are out of production, and limited to NOS. The best bet is to acquire a new mushroom shaped button, a new 8 hole diaphragm, and the associated single disk without a hole.

What color were the pressure tank handles? They seem to be some kind of green.. Is this correct?

What 2 sizes of fuel line are used on pressure tanks? Does anyone still sell them?
