      my $50 "looks new" 9622a 9.5hp 1966 with stuck cyl & flywheel is starting to move 😀
      The upper cyl rings has loosen up the flywheel has rotated a few degrees

      things are looking up 😀

      Deep Creep working its way in !

        Heres a pic of my 1968 MQ14E Johnson.. Yours is an evinrude obviously but its the same engine anyway! 😀
