      On a
Michigan prop, what does the ‘s’ stand for on the end of the numbers? For example: ajc 568 s

Here is a snap from a 1964 Michigan Catalog. At the top of the snap there is a listing for an AMC580 prop for a Mark 50-55 that is an Aluminum 10×10 with a 14 spline. In the listing for the Mark 58-58A etc. there is a listing (where the AJC568-S is) for an AMC580-S with the same pitch, but an 11 spline, so my guess is that the "-S" denotes the 11 spline hub. Other searches in the catalogs with the "11 Spline" contain the "S" also.
