      Think I put prop seal in backwards.Narrow part of cone is facing the gears. When I look from prop side cone narrows down. Russ.

          Thanks Frank. It did not look right to me but old seal was in bad shape and could not tell the way it came out was just round.Thought the cone was to go the same way the shaft went . Thanks again.
