      I have a bad block on a QD16 and the opportunity to get hold of a fair QD15. Can I swap blocks? Are there any significant changes between the two years?

        OK, I think the QD15 is a 1954 model, the QD16 is a 1955 model….Many changes between those two years, so I don’t think the powerheads will swap….But, let’s wait for more informed opinions.

          No, they won’t. Different exhaust and bolt-up patterns. Similar, but not the same…

            I’ve dealt with this going the other way.
            Most emphatically, the answer is no.
