Question on IvaLite

Hello…..

Hope this finds you all well!  I’m not sure this is the right forum for this, as it’s not an outboard, but was hoping to see if there was any knowledge on the piece.  If this type of inquiry is not allowed here, please let me know as I don’t want to break the rules of the forum.

I recently acquired this IvaLite from a friend who wanted to get rid of it.  I’ve found that it’s kind of difficult to find any information on IvaLite’s.  This one in particular is about 7-feet long and in very nice shape.  I have been able to find out that Chris Craft used IvaLite in many of their early model wood boats.  If anyone has any information or place of reference on IvaLite, I would appreciate any guidance and thanks so much in advance.

Honestly, I would like to find someone who is working on restoring a wood boat, as this IvaLite really deserves to be on display and used as intended.

I suggest you try to put a post on the Chris Craft Antique Boat Club’s website….There might be some interest on this site, but you’ll have better luck on the CCAB site….Facebook also has “Vintage Boats for Sale” so check that out also…
