RDS Fuel Pumps?

What are your thoughts on rebuilding the fuel pumps that are mounted on the exhaust side of the super quiet motors? The kit looks very basic and it seems that it should result in a reliable pump. Am I better off to replace with a modern pump?

Those pumps are very rebuildable IMHO. I would prefer to rebuild them & keep it with filter at stock location. BRP #379777 or Sierra #18-7801. Comes with filter and all parts needed.

Agreed, that’s what I’d do too.. those big square pumps are good ones.

They are high capacity, simple, reliable and don’t take tiny fingers to rebuild. . . 😀
