I make steering bars from 1/8" x 1" steel bar, or heavier aluminum. Drill holes to match the place in the steering bracket for that purpose. I use plastic-coated steel cable from the hardware store, and nylon wheel/brass pulleys. You can include a spring in the steering loop to take out slack, but I don’t. I fit it taunt and it stays that way. You need a deadman throttle, a proper length of Bowden cable, and a butterfly attachment, which you can make if handy with tools. Remove the butterfly pickup thing from under the throttle/mag lever. Here’s my homemade throttle connector. Whistle if I can help further. Cheers, JW
