I looked thru all 180 some pages of ‘Ask A Member’ and could not find an answer to this one. I can’t be the only clumsy person out here. Sure found a lot of interesting answers to a few other thoughts I have had. Anyway;
I broke one of the little tabs on the core while disassembling the coil on my engine. I was able to clean up what was left and get the new coil on without doing any more damage but there is just a very tiny tab left to hold the coil on. Not so sure that will be enough but it seems to me like it should be. Any thoughts here? Will just the friction and a hair’s piece be enough or should I maybe put a dab or epoxy on to assure it will never move again or what?
