I made a video showing how I restore my ELTO ignition coils. I didn’t invent this method. Tubs and others gave me lots of tips back when I was restoring my first early ELTO. Since then I’ve rebuilt several of these coils. People often ask how I do it so I decided to make this video as a way of giving back.

of years! 🙂Prepare to be boarded!
December 13, 2018 at 8:22 am #160055Thanks Wayne, thanks to Tubs too. I’ve got 2 that need it and I’ve got the coils waiting on the bench. Now that one elusive thing, time, need more of that.
December 13, 2018 at 11:11 am #160068Wayne, that was an excellent video!!! Hopefully when we get our library in the inner sanctum up and going, members can supply wonderful step by step videos to help us all.

December 19, 2018 at 1:26 pm #160703Excellent video indeed, Wayne! Once I get my Model C unstuck, I’ll be doing this coil rebuild. I have a few other projects in front of it but it’s getting closer.
