Positive ground on that International’s battery, no? Check if it isn’t froze, clean the plugs, throw some fresh oil and clean fuel in (or something from the still) and crank it over. It would be a hit at the launch with an old boat to match.
What brand of truck is that???? It can’t be a Ford because it’s a six and the fords up till 32′ were 4-bangers, the grille doesn’t look like a Chevy…Could it be an IH?…Maybe some MoPar?

Yes, they probably will want CRAZY money for this one. It’s mostly complete. The passenger side door might get a little drafty by your feet though 😀 😀
