      hey guys . need help again , working on a 1953 scott attwater 7.5hp gold pennant . gear case . i got the drive gears mixed up . one has roller bearings , the other bronze bushing . not sure of the order . any ideas ? thanks

        The needle bearing should be on the reverse gear. Since the motor is primarily used in forward, that gear turns with the shaft so it doesn’t need a needle bearing.
