Scott Atwater 1953 Flywheel Torque?

Anybody know the flywheel torque spec for the 1953 Scott Atwater Gold Pennant 7.5 HP? 40-45 Ft Lbs??

The ’55 specs call for 500 in/lbs. Still digging to see if the earlier ones were different, but I sorta doubt it.
