      I have no idea what you have, but #12-24 was also common back in the day. I used to save all the #12 screws from junked Elgins.

        Can you re drill it and tap to common size for future ease as well?

          I would need bolts at least 1.5 inches long for the puller I have.

          My flywheel nut is similar to the one above but not exact. Either way, I’m not familiar how it would aid in the removal of the flywheel (other than removing it 😉

          Drill and tap is an option as well but want to reuse the original screws for the rope sheave/cover.

            US MEMBER PAY BY CHECK

            The nut is a puller when it and the rope sheave are installed. The flange on the nut moves up against the bottom of the rope sheave when you unscrew it. Continuing to unscrew it presses on the sheave, moving it and the flywheel upward and off.
