I was thinking a low torques drill. The reason I was thinking about this is because how awkward it is to start the motor on my boat. it takes 10 or so pulls when cold. when warm it starts in one or two pulls. there is a bit of decking between the seat and the motor mount. about 4 feet. I end up climbing to the back and facing the rear with a leg on each side of the motor trying to start it.
I agree on the fact that air tools have no place on working on a motor. That is why I was thinking on a low torque drill. I think the only way it could tighten the nut is if their is resistance on the motor.
It was all just an idea to seek an easier way to start the motor on my sail boat.
