        You might be a bit shallow and get some ventilation and it may not be equal on both motors. I use a High Jacker jack plate on one of my boats and it is rated for 150hp. The High Jacker is heavy duty and could be mounted spread wide enough to hold both motors on a single thick piece of wood. Both motors would then be adjustable at the same time.
