A half hour after I got the notification on this site that the online store was open for business, I ordered a hat and a shirt. When the order finally arrived, only the shirt was shipped. The hat was already back-ordered and I was given a refund for it. I’m not sure how it got back-ordered that fast; and I wonder, since I got a refund, if I will EVER see a hat? How does that work?
It depends on what you order. The hats will be an embroidered patch, most of the T-shirts are heat transfer or direct to garment printing, and the golf shirts are embroidered.
I ordered a hat on 7/14/22 not because I needed one but to support the club and the long awaited new ship’s store. Received a prompt acknowledgement. I have still not received it. Emailed on 8/8/22 to check on the order. I have received no response.
