The only item is capacitance with wire running close to anything grounded. Every wire has a magnetic (flux field) around it. The more length running close to a grounded surfface, the more loss of energy is lost to ground. I know this from reading about this from reading about neon hi voltage wires from the 15,000 volt transformers to the glass tubes filled with neon or argon gasses. I always kept the hi voltage wires short & 1.5″ clearance from ground & still had some electrical loss, but acceptable loss.
P.S. A 15,000 volt neon transformer is a great spark plug cleaner at 60 sparks per second.Must be a linear, not digital transformer.
