Any compatible coil assemblies from same era but maybe different manufacturer ? Newer options?

How have you determined that the coil is bad. Have you cleaned the point assembly and checked for spark. A picture of the coil in the magneto will help with possible options.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
December 27, 2025 at 9:43 am #302647Hey Tubs, thanks for responding. The primary circuit seems good, the secondaries bounce between 5 and the mid teens but I only have a digital tester. Looks like someone replaced the condenser at some point so I need to test that yet. Cleaned and set the points and there is definitely no spark to the plugs.

2 mb maximum size on your photos..
It should just drag and drop into the box, then your photo will “transfer” to the box.
Then you should see a thumbnail sized photo. If memory serves you should also see an option to include said photo into the body of your message.
