      Does anyone know where I can purchase # 44A19 starter rope assembly for a Sportwin motor Canada or US is fine

        You should probably contact Doug Penn. his email is on his website penn.itgo.com. I’m sure he has the part(s) you need in his enormous stash of outboards.
