Look into the most recent Ouboarders as Bill McIsaac had something published as recently as last fall, so check the July and October 2025 issues.

We got an opportunity to check out Bill McIsaac’s Submerged Electric at the GLC (Very frigid) January meet yesterday.  Yes, very frigid, 16 below zero at 8 AM yesterday.
