      The 1937 was one of last winters projects. The 38 was a project from the winter before. For those that may not be familiar with these they are rated at about 1 hp motors.  Video link https://youtu.be/pMLoOaQRxcA   

      A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
