I’m not seeing the hole (or lack of one) that you are referring to, just the oblong hole that seems to be out of place slightly on the new gasket.

      You are kidding me correct?

Is there a hole in the outer plate?

I try to type in English but maybe Australian English is a task.

      I am learning still obviously.

Send pics of outer cover aye?

No one can tell by pics on a part list……………….it does not work. It is called copy and paste between years…………….OK?

Nope, not kidding, just blind I guess. It looked like the hole was there on the original gasket, but I guess that must have salt build up around that hole in the plate. Don’t know why the bleeder hole is there on the early plate when that recirc system hadn’t been invented yet. Oh well.
