Thermostats were $5.56 apiece on Amazon.ca the other day but since the seller didn’t have many left, I snagged them all.  A few minutes later I found some more for $10.99 which is still a good price so I grabbed a few of those ones to.  The highest I see them for right now is $39.95 so pricing is all over the map.

I wont post a link to the $10.99 ones as Amazon.ca links don’t seem to work here.  You’ll just have to search for them.

I hope it is not  like my  630V ceramic capacitors…

I hope your thermostats   get to you.

Amazon indicated I had accepted my shipment hand to hand  and that was never the case.

        Delivered Feb. 7, 2022
Parcel was handed directly to the customer

        At least they reimbursed me

I have  a  strange feeling  a lot of  stuf goes POOF   along the way ….. yet shippers collect their due s for…delivering the stuff ..

who knows maybe my stuff ended up along a railroad track  Los Angeles was it ?

And you might be better off with these instead of the expensive OEM SS ones.  My dealer buddy advised me that the latest thermostats from BRP have a tendency to come apart.  And, you sure don’t want this happening after changing the thermostats in an old cross flow bubble back engine!

Maybe these stats weren’t such a good deal after all as they were advertised as 143°F  while they have 50°C stamped on them. That converts to 122°F.  It’s a good thing I have some 143°F ones on hand as these ones are going right back.
