Tank for 1956 Merc Mark 30

I’m in need of a fuel tank for a ’56 Mark 30 turbo 4 and there is what I believe to be a 1964 Mercury 3-1/4 gal tank available nearby. I’m new to outboards and am starting my first restoration project so hopefully someone can confirm if this tank will work. My understanding is a motor with fuel pumps is setup for a single line tank and tanks made in the ’60’s would be single line, non pressurized.

Am I correct in assuming this tank would work with my motor?

Yes it will just have the correct fitting for the mark 30
