TD-20 carb overhaul service

Is there anyone that I could hire to overhaul my TD-20 Carburetor ??? I don’t feel competent to rebuild the PRIMER PLUNGER. The small brass washers, leather washers, brass cylinder removal and installation are beyond my skill level. Please provide contact info for someone who has the skills and tools to do this job.
