      Anyone know where one can can buy a timing tool and is it necessary. Also where can I buy parts for a 1956 15 Johnson, front control plate and hi low and choke knobs carb linkage from throttle to carb also need top half to air intake thanks

          the timing tool is excellent and I have used one several times….. yet  a common  bulb and battery on the points and  ground   will do the job  as well as a ohmmeter
