Transom extension?

It seems my motor sits too low on the transom. Wondering if it’s hurting me getting on plane. I need to raise it 1.5 to 2"…any ideas? (12′ tinny)

EDIT. I should have hit google first, please disregard. I found lots of ideas

Of course, should you have any photos of what works for you, I’d love to see them
