Wow, what an ingenious way to join them together. Good job, very clean and neat. OEM quality.
Looks like something that could have come out of the 1939 Evinrude accessory catalog!
I’m now imagining a setup like that on my twin Cubs…….if I ever get them running properly.
Thanks for posting the definitive picture tutorial on how to join two prewar Evinrudes together. Definitely pop that setup into the back of the car for Maine!Bob D

Heading out next week Bob. Tomorrow I’m going to see how many motors I can get in my tote. Weather has really change there the 10 years or so. I’m lucky to get one good day for videos but I’ll be taking some of what ever motors make it there. I don’t usually get around to going through what video I have taken till it gets too cold to have the shop door open.

Thanks for your offer David. I’ve been coming most every summer since 1952, when I was 6 years old. Army seemed to feel it was OK if I missed a few years. Even though many of my friends have passed, I’m still pretty well connected, with people like yourself, that show up to help without even asking. I feel guilty as there is no way I can get close to being even.
