Well this is where being a member of the club pays off…. Tech article in the October 2008 issue of the "Outboarder" (page 30) on how to make your own correctly shaped Welch plugs from any type metal, any size …. just need access to a lathe.
Does anyone have a OMC p/n for the plug in question. Application might be a help when going to an OMC part book. I may have the part, just need a number to look up in my inventory.
