      I think I need to replace one of these–the cable that links the magneto plate to the throttle linkage. It appears to be a fine qauge of wire rope with brass balls swedged on the ends. Or at least it started out that way.

      Does anyone have experience making these up? What materials to use and sources?

        I have a 5.5 Elgin parts motor with that setup PM me if that will work.
