I remember reading somewhere that this type of connector couldn’t/shouldn’t be re-used? Something about Amphenol pins and pin removal and insertion tools?

Am I confusing this connector with some other type?

Can I just go ahead and un-plug this and then plug it together again….or is there more to it?

      Thanks folks 🙂

Of course you can unplug it and replug it. The tools are for if you have to remove/reinstall the wire terminals from the rubber plug

Before you push the connector back together, use some rubbing alcohol to lubricate the rubber. It also prevents the connector pins from being pushed out. This was what OMC recommended in the service manual.
