Hello everybody
I just bought this old Evinrude 2 cylinders, seems from 30’s or 40’s… but I have no idea what model it is. It’s the first time I have one with both spark plugs on the same side… Any idea? (Don’t ask me the model number, if I had it, I’d check my lists… In fact I paid it but did not pick up yet…).
Thank you for your answers…

December 2, 2015 at 10:57 am #27914Hi Ken
I already have a lightfour… on which the gas tank goes all around the flywheel… not this one… they’re really different…December 2, 2015 at 11:31 am #27915.
correct also
depend from what year of production it is
then yours must be from the 40’ties
…I think…? ❓
.December 2, 2015 at 3:01 pm #27919Yours is from the mid 1930s. The Lightfour Imperial series had the rear mounted tank. Yours is missing the cast cover that would go over the carb.

well , I can see it crystal clear.
but the message was that later models had a round tank like the Zephyr
I have a Lightfour NAVY model with the round tank model 4375 year 1943
normal versions must have that likewise.December 3, 2015 at 4:44 am #27957Sorry Kees, the forum says I’m not allowed to see your pic…
