      I would guess this motor is from the late 1940’s or early 1950’s. It looks to be well made.

        Looks Scott Atwater to me.

          The transom clamps do look like other Scott-Atwater motors that I’ve seen. I’m thinking of the Firestone motors, but didn’t they have steel tanks?
