            Looks to be an incomplete stick motor of some type. The only thing to identify it is a V where the flywheel is welded.
            Interesting piece from a far off land.

              With those tanks, it “may” have been a German-built Tip-Top. but honestly, to me its unrecognizable as any brand in its current form. If there are casting numbers on the crankcase parts, it might yield some real clues as to who built it. At that price, I’m going out on a limb and suggest it won’t sell for that, hehehe
