What motor is it ?

Can anyone say what brand of outboard this is ? Picture taken in Italy, mid ‘60s, guess 40-to-60 hp, manual start. Doesn’t look like any of the premium US brands.
The brands I have in mind are Crescent ? Archimedes Penta? Terhi? Carniti? However could not find in any of those brands’ catalogues the hood decals as the one in the picture.
