what the H*** is this

Can any member enlighten me a little more on this thing. I want to buy it but the seller has not provided me with any info except for it is a 197? motorboard. Tried searching for info online and cant find a thing on it. A brand name or manufacturer would be very much appreciated. Wouldnt a ruddertwin look cool on this. Or maybe Martin 60.

I saw something like that used in a carnival ride – powered by a 6 horse Evinrude. Do you have any more pictures ? . . . 🙂

What ever you put on it make sure it can be easily dried out when it goes under. Place for a butt seat with legs forward with hand grips. Need more pics
