I buy a universal, solid core, spark plug wire set meant for old tractors at a local Tractor Supply store. They come with the spark plug terminal and boot already molded onto the end, and the other end is just the wire; so all I have to do is cut the wire to the length I need and do what’s necessary to hook up to the coil. They can also be bought online:

I got the universal type with molded plug terminal and boot, copper core, 7mm, at Rockauto for ~$18 (plus shipping of ~$8) for 8 of them. Shortest wire is 33″, longest is 54″. Buy some plugs for dirt cheap there too, as long as what you’re after ships from the same warehouse. J8C and J6C plugs are around $1.75 each, and don’t add much if anything to the shipping.
