I have had an outgoing PM in my outbox now for almost two days. This is a record. I don’t understand this whole outbox thing, as it is always a problem for me. My PMs NEVER send instantly. I usually wait and wait and then suddenly they send themselves, whenever. It is something I mentioned in the site upgrade survey. What am I missing here?

They stay in the outbox until the recipient actually "opens" it….

Two days? That’s nothing! I wait one year now before deleting any unread PM’s which should be long enough.

I don’t think everyone using these boards is aware of the PM (Private Messages) function or how to use it.

Mumbles. I’m learning new lessons here, I recently opened a Happy Birthday message from you, You sent it last March. Sorry I didn’t know it was there.
            Thank You by the way.
