hello,new to the board,i’m trying to get info or better yet a picture of William Yeager,he raced hydrofoils in the 40’s and 50’s,here’s part of his memorial,Bill passed away in 2009,any info would be appreciated,Dave dmb1@hotmail.com
Bill raced inboard power boats at American Power Boat Association sanctioned regattas throughout the eastern U.S.A and Canada from 1948 thru 1958. He won two National Championships and two National High Point Awards, and in 1955 was inducted into the Marine Racing Hall of Fame. Throughout his life boating was his relaxation and centered around fishing for Muskellunge on Lake Chautauqua, where he spent all of his summers.
