Good evening and Happy Independence Day
Can someone help me out with a wiring diagram for a 1958 Evinrude Bigtwin 35. Model 25936. Electric Start, remote control, no generator. My current harness on the boat side and motor side has seen better days. The insulation on the wires and now the harness casing is deteriorating where it really needs to be rewired. I will probably remove the motor plug and route the new wiring through the hole where the plug is. Its not too difficult but a diagram with wire colors and gages will be helpful with the project. The diagrams in the SELOC book are great but the diagram for 57-59 35’s has the generator. Ive looked over the club resources here with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
