The cylinder seemed to “lap” evenly across it’s entirety,
but when I started to lap the water-jacket cover, but it appears that the outer
perimeter in lower than everything else, .005 to .010 perhaps.
Would that be by design?
I don’t have the new gasket yet, but the old one appeared to
be “one piece”, and the same thickness throughout.
I hate to lap the cover level across if it’s not suppose to be!
