                That’s a modern re-pop of a mid-70s Wooster Hellion. The originals were rated for 10 hp, which was more than enough. There’s lots of videos of them on youtube.

                  With that snow plow front on it I don’t think you could ever get any real speed out it. It’s as hydrodynamic as a brick.
