      Has anyone ever tried to press the laminates out of a zephyr coil? I want to use the coil on a different motor but the laminates are very different.

        On this early style Zephyr coil, the laminates slid right out. I haven’t tried a later, post war style yet.

          I have a later coil, doesn’t look like that. I warmed it in the oven at 200 for half hour to soften the wax. It started to come out but it seems to be coming out with an inner coil? I stopped before any wires snapped!
